What you will do:

• Candidate Sourcing:
  Help source and identify top candidates for a variety of roles across ALAIKA.
• Recruitment Support:
  Assist the recruitment team in screening CVs, reviewing applications, and shortlisting candidates.
• Job Posting:
  Create and post job ads across multiple platforms.
• Candidate Communication:
  Support in managing candidate communication and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Interview Coordination:
  Help schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Recruitment Analytics:
  Assist in tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics and preparing reports.
• Administrative Support:
  Provide general administrative support in the recruitment process, such as updating candidate profiles and preparing interview documentation.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background:
  Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (minimum 3rd semester).
• Previous Experience:
  Experience in recruiting, HR, or similar roles (internships or previous student jobs in these fields are a plus).
• Skills:
  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technology:
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Languages:
  Fluency in both written and spoken German
  and
  English (minimum C1 level in both languages).
• Professionalism:
  High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
