We're partnering with a global consumer group on the appointment of an
Interim General Manager
to lead its DACH region through an important period of transition and performance acceleration.

This is a hands-on regional leadership mandate offering the chance to make a visible impact within a complex, matrixed organisation. The role involves steering commercial performance, strengthening collaboration across multiple functions, and ensuring operational focus and discipline.

Key focus areas:

  • Lead a multi-country team to deliver growth and profitability targets.
  • Build strong alignment between commercial and operational functions.
  • Drive execution excellence, accountability, and clear performance standards.
  • Represent the region in senior leadership discussions and drive cross-market cooperation.

We're looking for:

  • An experienced General Manager or senior commercial leader with regional or multi-country experience.
  • A background in branded consumer or manufacturing environments (FMCG, retail, or adjacent sectors).
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead diverse teams through change.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic leader who can bring stability, focus, and results.

6–9 months (interim assignment)
