What you can expect

• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  You perform tests on wallboxes and charging stations – in particular, you check the backend connection and ensure successful billing.
• Documentation:
  You create and maintain internal documentation for key users and write clear, user-friendly customer guides.
• Coordination:
  You coordinate with various stakeholders, including backend teams, hardware manufacturers, and internal departments.
• Go-Live Preparation:
  You support the planning and execution of go-lives and collaborate closely with the marketing team.
• Technical Support:
  You assist with general support and coordination tasks during product rollouts.

What makes you stand out

• You are an enrolled student (gn) in a relevant field of study such as engineering, business, or a comparable discipline.
• You are a team player with a proactive work approach and strong attention to detail.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• You are familiar with hardware systems and technical documentation, and you have a basic understanding of user testing.
• You are well-organized and an excellent communicator.
• You are confident in using MS Office; initial experience with translation tools or AI-powered solutions is a plus.
