Your new job includes
As an Intern (m/f/d) in our family-run company, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the work processes of the Corporate Projects & Processes team. In particular you will

  • get to know methods and tools for business process management (e.g. SAP Signavio or process mining tools) and contribute to their development and implementation
  • gain comprehensive insights into the work of a central BPM unit with interfaces to the entire organization (e.g. attending workshops for process design or optimization)
  • get to know the centrally controlled project portfolio management and actively participate in maintaining the transparency of the project portfolio
  • be involved in the development of project and process management training courses
  • contribute your own ideas to current projects and independently driving individual project topics

Preferred Profile

  • A degree in economics, ideally in your Master's program
  • Ideally, first practical experience in process-related environment, preferably in the retail sector, in particular experience in project management e.g. through internships or working student activities
  • Very good knowledge of German and English as well as secure knowledge of MS Office
  • JIRA, Miro and SAP Signavio knowledge is an advantage
  • A strong analytical understanding and interest in conceptual issues
  • Pleasure in working in a team and an independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
