*POSITION
We are looking for a
Cologne
based
Senior Accountant General Ledger (all genders)*
who will be part of our international accounting team and will directly report to the Team Lead Accounting.

*CHALLENGE*

• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Coordination of closing tasks within the accounting department in close collaboration with relevant departments
• Execution and clarification of account reconciliations
• Management of finance-related (sub-)projects
• Support for the Team Lead Accounting in the execution of closing activities
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

*FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...*

• Several years of experience as an accountant or tax specialist in a tax consultancy or auditing firm
• In-depth knowledge of accounting in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
• Strong technical affinity when working with large data sets
• Excellent analytical skills
• Confident and experienced user of SAP and/or Navision
• Good command of both German and English, spoken and written

*LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE*
The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
