As Team Lead PLM (m/f/d), you'll drive innovation at the heart of our digitalization strategy. Together with experts across departments and global locations, you will design and implement cutting-edge PLM processes, optimize IT interfaces, and introduce smart solutions that make a real impact. What this position is about:
  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Product Lifecycle Management team
  • Designing and implementing future-oriented PLM processes as a core of our digitalization strategy
  • Analysis, design, and optimization of IT system interfaces
  • Advising internal customers on efficient business processes including documentation and revision
  • Identifying and implementing optimization opportunities
  • Implementing new or modified processes and software solutions
  • Managing organizational projects, including international initiatives, with agile methodologies and project controlling
  • Coordinating and administering an IT system as System Manager
  • Continuous improvement of system-supported processes within defined release cycles
  • Designing, facilitating, documenting, and following up on workshops
  • Benchmarking and evaluating software suppliers
What is required for this role:
  • Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Ability to quickly familiarize with new processes and topics
  • Analytical thinking combined with a strong solution-oriented approach
  • Strong inpersononal skills with confidence and decisiveness in professional interactions
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels
  • Team player with a strong customer focus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 level)
