Join us on our mission: We're building Europe's most advanced AI-driven Virtual Power Plant (VPP), enabling the most efficient electricity trading for the residential sector together with Enpal, Europe's largest Greentech unicorn.

We're looking for a highly driven Business Strategy & Finance Working Student (d/m/f) to support our scaling journey and venture-building initiatives. In this role, you'll work directly with our founders on strategic projects, analyze complex challenges, and drive execution across finance and operations. You'll turn ideas into clarity, crafting insights and presentations that shape decisions and accelerate growth.

Location: Preferably Munich, Germany

Employment Type: Working Student, 15–20h/week

Language Requirement: C1 English + C1 German

Your Responsibilities

• Automate and streamline financial processes, ensuring full transparency across P&L and reporting while gaining deep insights into our business performance and financial model.
• Drive the scaling and expansion of our company by identifying growth opportunities, optimizing operations, and implementing strategic improvements.
• Collaborate directly with founders and key stakeholders to develop and execute high-impact initiatives that shape Flexa's growth trajectory.
• Structure and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment across teams.
• Take a hands-on role in business development, partnerships, and strategy execution — turning ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes.
• Support the design and validation of scalable, data-driven business models that fuel our long-term success.
• Translate complex insights and concepts into concise, compelling presentations that drive decisions and inspire action.

This role gives you a front-row seat in scaling a fast-growing venture, where analytical precision meets entrepreneurial execution.

Your Profile

• You're currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field at a leading university.
• You have hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally consulting, venture building, or a high-growth startup (essential).
• You combine a strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex business models and market dynamics.
• You're proactive, reliable, and take full ownership of your projects, driving initiatives from idea to execution.
• You communicate with clarity and precision, and know how to make complex ideas compelling in PowerPoint.
• You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and enjoy working closely with founders.
• You're fluent in English (C1+); German proficiency is a strong plus.

A Short Note from Your Future Lead
I'm Fabian, Co-founder at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early, during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance, I transitioned into the consulting industry, where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on, I was hooked.
