Infos zur Position

Als Senior Electrical Design Engineer (m/w/d) Industrial Automation & Robotic Applications bist du der "elektrische" Kopf hinter unseren Automatisierungsanlagen in Projekten rund um industrielle Automatisierung. Du entwirfst robuste elektrische Systeme, sorgst für eine nahtlose Integration der Automatisierungstechnik und setzt hohe Standards im Hinblick auf Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit. Um unsere Projekte reibungslos umzusetzen, arbeiten wir als Team eng vor Ort mit unseren Kunden und der BÄR Automation GmbH in der Nähe von Heilbronn zusammen.

Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben

Systemdesign: Entwicklung und Konzipierung elektrischer Systeme und Schaltpläne für komplexe Automatisierungsprojekte mit EPLAN P8. Komponentenauswahl & E-BOM: Bewertung, Auswahl und Integration geeigneter elektrischer Bauteile, Sensoren, Aktoren, PLCs sowie Erstellung von Stücklisten und Anlagendokumentation. Schnittstellenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit SPS-Programmierern und Automatisierungstechnik, um eine reibungslose Integration von Elektrik und Steuerung sicherzustellen. Sicherheitsstandards: Verantwortung für die Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Sicherheitsanforderungen und CE-Richtlinien bei allen elektrischen Konstruktionen. Inbetriebnahme & Tests: Begleitung der Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Fehlerdiagnose elektrischer Systeme, um die Funktionsfähigkeit und Qualität zu gewährleisten.

Passend zum Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik.Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Elektrokonstruktion von Maschinen oder Automatisierungsanlagen, idealerweise in der Automobil- oder Robotikbranche (z. B. AMRs).EPLAN P8 ist dein tägliches Werkzeug und du bist versiert in der Planung komplexer elektrischer Systeme, von PLC-Schnittstellen bis zu SCADA-Architekturen und Feldbus-Protokollen.Du kennst die relevanten Normen (NEC, IEC) und entwickelst deine Lösungen CE-konform, mit hohem Fokus auf Sicherheitsanforderungen.Reisetätigkeit ist für dich selbstverständlich, damit du deine Kunden vor Ort optimal unterstützen und die bestmöglichen Lösungen mit unseren Partnern von der BÄR Automation GmbH entwickeln kannst.Du kannst mit Kunden und Lieferanten auf Deutsch und Englisch sicher kommunizieren und deinen komplexe Themen klar vermitteln.
