Wir sind ein junges, ambitioniertes Startup im Luxus-Parfumsegment und stehen am Anfang einer spannenden Markenreise. Unser Ziel ist es, eine außergewöhnliche Marke mit Charakter und Tiefe aufzubauen - authentisch, ästhetisch und nachhaltig.

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Brand- und Marketingstrategien
  • Unterstützung beim Markenaufbau: Positionierung, Messaging, visuelle Identität
  • Aufbau und Betreuung von Online-Marketing-Kanälen (Social Media, Newsletter, Paid Ads)
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen (Launch, Community, Brand Awareness)
  • Markt- und Zielgruppenanalysen zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Foundern, Design, PR & externen Partnern
  • Kampagnen Planung, sowie UGC & InfluencerManagement
Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Brand oder Growth
  • Gutes Gespür für Markenaufbau, Storytelling und Asthetik
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Startup-Mentalität &

Hands-on-Attitude
* Vertraut mit gängigen Marketingtools & Plattformen

(z. B. Meta, Klaviyo, Canva, GA4 etc.)


• Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl in Deutsch und/oder

Englisch

Wir sind auch offen für motivierte Studierende (Marketing, Kommunikation, Brand Management o.Ä.), die bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt haben und sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiterentwickeln möchten.
