For our Darmstadt office we are looking for a future colleague to strengthen our Quality Assurance activities. We are an international company representing world class expertise, delivering complex and high-tech projects, products and services. Terma is companywide AS9100 certified.

Main responsibilities:

The Quality Manager will include tasks such as:

  • Preparation of the software product assurance plan in cooperation with the project manager, contribution to the project in regard to quality assurance aspect and following the defined quality assurance plan.
  • Project and process auditing – monitoring and reporting on KPIs and quality issues of the projects.
  • Taking active part in project initiation, reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Monitoring that specific customer requirements regarding quality are met.
  • Reviewing documentation (procedures, working practices, project documentation) and providing feedback to help ensure consistency with the documentation library in general and with the document conventions in use.
  • Taking the initiative for process improvements.
  • Monitoring and contributing to the effective implementation of the quality management system.
  • Contributing to the root-cause analysis activities,
  • Contributing to the Risk Management activities (organizing and advising risk reviews, following up mitigation actions).
  • Supporting the internal audit plan and customer audits.

Experience in as many of the following specific areas:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
  • Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 27001, ECSS standards would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps would be considered an asset

  • Good communication skills
  • Systematic approach to work (conduct all activities in an orderly and disciplined manner)
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Capability to work in team

Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Proven record of Product and Quality Assurance or similar activities
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • EU citizenship
