- Koordination von F&E-Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Embedded Systems & Communication Engineering von der Konzeption bis hin zur Fertigstellung
- Überwachung der Einrichtung von PoC-Systemen durch die Verwaltung von Komponenten, Terminplanung, Teamaktivitäten, Abhängigkeiten und die Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern
- Koordination von Software- und Hardwareteams bei Entwicklung, Integration, Tests und PoC-Validierung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern, Forschungsinstituten und Kunden
- Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Technologien in den Bereichen 5G/6G, NTN und anderen Kommunikationstechnologien
- abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder Nachrichtentechnik oder einem verwandten Fachbereich (Master/Promotion von Vorteil)
- mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Forschung und Entwicklung oder Produktentwicklung von Embedded Systemen und Kommunikationsgeräten, mit Erfahrung in der Koordination technischer Projekte
- Kenntnisse in Embedded Software (C/C++, RTOS, Linux), Kommunikationsprotokollen (Ethernet, TCP/IP, 5G/6G) und Hardware-/Software-Integration auf Systemebene
- Erfahrung mit FPGA-, DSP- oder SoC-Architekturen, Erfahrung mit KI-gesteuerten Telekommunikationsanwendungsfällen von Vorteil
- ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten in funktionsübergreifenden und partnerschaftlichen Umgebungen
sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch-Grundkenntnisse
