StellenbeschreibungAls Teil des Legal Teams der Motel One Gruppe erwarten Sie als (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Real Estate unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:
- Rechtliche Begleitung von Hoteltransaktionen
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Projekten in den Metropolen Europas und den USA
- Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen (u. a. Miete, Kauf, Management, Bau und Finanzierung)
- Corporate Governance
- Überdurchschnittliches 1. und 2. Staatsexamen;
- Zwei Jahre oder mehr Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer renommierten Kanzlei;
- Offen, kommunikativ, sehr zuverlässig und Teamplayer;
- Strukturiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten;
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; und
- Lust, in einem international tätigen Unternehmen zu arbeiten.
