Overview of role

Als Senior Activation Manager Programmatic (m/w/d) verantwortest du die operative Umsetzung, Steuerung und Optimierung programmatischer Kampagnen über führende DSPs hinweg.

Core tasks

  • Strategische Kampagnensteuerung: Eigenständige Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von komplexen, programmatischen Kampagnen (Display, Video, CTV, DOOH, Audio) mit einem Fokus auf Performance und Branding.
  • Budgetverantwortung: Kontrolle und Steuerung großer Werbebudgets sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der festgelegten KPIs.
  • Optimierung und Performance-Analyse: Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Kampagnen anhand datengetriebener Insights, Erstellung von tiefgehenden Performance-Reports und Entwicklung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Technologie-Implementierung: Verantwortung für die Implementierung fortschrittlicher Tracking- und AdTech-Lösungen zur Messung des Kampagnenerfolgs und Steigerung der Effizienz.
  • Markt- und Trendanalyse: Proaktive Analyse neuer Trends und Technologien im Bereich Programmatic Advertising und Media, um innovative Kampagnenansätze zu fördern.

Must have requirements

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Media Activation mit Schwerpunkt Programmatic Advertising.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit DSPs: Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von DSPs (Demand-Side-Plattformen) wie bspw. DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP und anderen AdTech-Lösungen.
  • Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten: Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Stärke in der Interpretation von KPIs mit und kannst datengetriebene Optimierungsstrategien ableiten.
  • Technisches Verständnis: Expertise in der Implementierung und Nutzung von Tracking-Systemen sowie Erfahrung mit fortschrittlichen AdTech-Tools.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, da du in einem internationalen Umfeld arbeiten wirst.
