YOUR ROLE

As our first dedicated Senior Recruiter (m/f/d), you are the architect and driving force behind our recruiting. You take full end-to-end responsibility and will build the processes that enable us to attract and hire the top 1% of talent in tech and investment.

  • Active Sourcing: You identify and engage the industry's top talent through targeted direct sourcing in competitive markets
  • Strategic Partnership: You act as a key advisor and sparring partner for hiring managers across all departments
  • Process Optimization: You analyze existing recruiting processes, proactively contribute your own ideas, and optimize the candidate experience
  • Data-Driven Management: You own active pipeline management, define KPIs, and create insightful reports for your business areas
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience: Several years of proven success in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in the tech, finance, consulting, or headhunting sectors
  • Sourcing Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern sourcing strategies (direct search) and building sustainable talent pipelines
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong interest in and understanding of the requirements and dynamics of investment and tech teams
  • Process Affinity: Experience in optimizing recruiting workflows and confident handling of common ATS (e.g., Personio, Greenhouse, or similar)
  • Languages: Business-fluent German and English skills
