We are Prematch, founded in 2021 in Cologne - a dynamic startup with a smart and ambitious team. Our marketing and business teams are based in Cologne, Berlin, and London, while our tech and product teams work remotely across Europe.

For this we need you

Teamwear: We need you to support our team in further developing our new "Football Teamwear" department, with a focus on quickly developing and implementing new initiatives in the football environment. You'll work closely with the Head of your department and our founders, learning how new business models in the sports/tech space are built and scaled.

Your mission

• Project Management: You support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
• Go-to-Market & Business Development: You actively contribute to developing and implementing our go-to-market strategy for Prematch Teamwear and help identify new partner clubs and strategic collaborations.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: You monitor relevant trends, analyze competitors, and derive insights for strategy and positioning.
• Partner Communication & Presentations: You help create business cases, pitches, and presentations for partners and internal stakeholders.
• Reporting & Structure: You support documenting project progress, performance analyses, and status updates.

What do you need

• Where you currently stand: You've recently finished your studies or are currently studying - especially fitting if your background is business administration, economic psychology, or something similar
• Languages: You're fluent in German and English.
• You know football: Amateur football is not new to you — you've played yourself, are still active in a club, or have a good feel for the people, processes, and challenges on and off the pitch.
• Organization & Initiative: You work in a structured way, recognize when action is needed, and jump right in.
