Segment Manager Fleet (m/w/d) - Werkstattwagen, Arzneimittel, Logistik, Lebensmittel

Climate Control Systems, Esslingen bei Stuttgart

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ihr Verantwortungsbereich umfasst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im Segment "Flotten" (Werkstattwagen, Logistik, Medizin, Wohnmobile...).
  • Sie entwickeln Vertriebsstrategien für Flottenkunden und setzen diese um.
  • Sie betreuen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, bauen diese aus und akquirieren neue Geschäftspartner.
  • Desweiteren obliegt Ihnen die globale Koordination von Projekten mit internen Abteilungen (Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Marketing, Regionalgesellschaften).
  • Sie koordinieren überregionale Flottengeschäfte bzw. Key Accounts und vertreiben das Produktportfolio (HVAC, Stützbatterien, Kühlcontainer, digitale & analoge Dienstleistungen).
  • Ihnen obliegt die Umsatzverantwortung für das Segment Flotten (Direktkunden sowie Matrixkunden in den Regionalgesellschaften).
  • Die Identifikation von Trends und Innovationen im Bereich Flotten sowie die Vertretung des Unternehmens auf Messen und Branchenevents rundet Ihren Verantwortungsbereich ab.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Flottenmanagement, Vertrieb oder Key Accountmanagement – idealerweise im Automotive- oder Werkstattumfeld
  • Technisches Verständnis für Werkstattwagen und deren Komponenten (z. B. Batterien, Elektrik)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftspartnern
  • Hohe Ergebnisorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
