We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is composed of over 120 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda's story actively.

As Brand Communications Manager, you will lead Yepoda's communications and PR strategy across all markets. Your focus is to elevate brand awareness, ensure consistent messaging, and create impactful stories across media, partners, and internal channels.

• Lead PR strategy, messaging, and brand storytelling across all markets and channels.

• Plan, draft, and coordinate press releases, media kits, seeding, and PR activations; track and report on results.

• Manage PR budgets, agency relationships, and negotiate retainers and fees.

• Drive PR box concepts and communication together with the Creative and Influencer marketing teams.

• Build and maintain key company facts, press materials, and ensure all press touchpoints remain updated.

• Develop communication strategies for sustainability, Pride, giving back, and other brand purpose initiatives and campaigns.

• Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual alignment across PR, influencer collaborations, social media, and packaging.

• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager on B2B-related PR activities (e.g., Sephora).

• Experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing (beauty is a plus).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.

• Professional, patient, and collaborative, with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
