Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie unterstützen unser Performance-Marketing über alle relevanten Paid-Media-Kanäle (insbesondere Google Ads, Meta Ads) – von der Strategieentwicklung bis zur operativen Umsetzung
  • Sie planen, steuern und optimieren Kampagnen gemeinsam mit dem Team, mit klarem Fokus auf CPL-Optimierung und Effizienz
  • Sie analysieren laufend die Performance anhand von KPIs, leiten datenbasierte Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab und präsentieren Ergebnisse transparent im Team
  • Sie entwickeln kanalübergreifende Teststrategien (A/B-Tests, Creative-Tests, Zielgruppenstrategien) und setzen diese konsequent um
  • Sie identifizieren neue Wachstumspotenziale und Trends im Performance-Marketing, um innovative Ansätze zur Conversion- und Lead-Generierung zu entwickeln

Ihr Profil:

  • Neben einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung verfügen Sie über Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing, idealerweise in einer Agentur oder im E-Commerce- bzw. D2C-Umfeld
  • Zudem können Sie Erfahrungen in Google- und Meta-Kampagnen mit signifikanten Budgets vorweisen
  • Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse in Web-Analyse- und Tracking-Tools (z. B. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager) mit
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit KI-Chatbots oder -Suchergebnissen sind von Vorteil
  • Eine strukturierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise rundet Ihr Profil ab
