Internship: Business Associate

Your mission
As a Business Associate Intern, you will work closely with our business and scientific team to accelerate CPTx strategic development and growth. Your mission will cover both strategic and operational aspects of business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of business development strategies.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Sales & Marketing processes and tools, including: CRM optimization and automation, lead generation tools & processes, LinkedIn and other social media, competitive and market intelligence tools, and other marketing and communications campains as they emerge.
• Take ownership of defined workstreams and deliver results with independence.
• Assist the leadership team in communicating with potential customers, partners, collaborators, and investors.

Your profile
We're looking for a motivated, proactive individual with a passion for building businesses in biotech.

• Independent, self-driven, and quick learner.
• Pragmatic and hands-on with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Background or strong interest in biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
• Working experience in startups, strategy consulting or business development.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, or operations management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a requirement
