and have a blast doing it? We're looking for a
Customer Success Manager
who loves people, problem-solving, and renewable energy as much as we do You'll be the go-to hero for our customers, helping them get the most out of our solar design software while building long-lasting partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the friendly face (or voice) our customers turn to for advice, guidance, and support.
- Train customers on our awesome SaaS software – online, in-person, and in ways that make learning fun.
- Design smooth processes and create training materials that make everyone's life easier.
- Gather feedback, share insights with our product team, and help shape the future of our software.
- Keep an eye on success metrics, swoop in on at-risk accounts, and make sure customers stay happy and loyal.
- Stay ahead of trends in the solar world and keep our offerings competitive and exciting.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in sales, operations, or customer success in solar/renewables (or similar industries).
- Comfortable with tech, software, and explaining it in plain English.
- Fluent in English; German native language.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and a love for solving problems.
- Ready to travel across Germany to meet customers when needed.
