Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung des wirtschaftlichen und energieeffizienten Betriebs der betriebs- und gebäudetechnischen Einrichtungen durch laufende Optimierung und effiziente Instandhaltung
  • Beauftragung und Koordination von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen unter den Gesichtspunkten Wirtschaftlichkeit, Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Sicherheit
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten und Termine der beauftragten Maßnahmen sowie Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Durchführung von Zuverlässigkeitsstudien, Fehleranalysen, Anlagen- und Energiemonitoring
  • Entwicklung von Servicekonzepten und Definition geeigneter Instandhaltungsstrategien, inkl. SAP-Dokumentation
  • Planung, Beauftragung und ggf. Projektleitung technischer Maßnahmen im Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • Unterstützung der Kostenstellenverantwortlichen bei Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und aktuellen technischen Dokumentation (Lifecycle-Daten von Gebäuden und Anlagen)
  • Einhaltung und Überwachung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie Anforderungen an Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Qualitätssicherung


Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium ,z. B. Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Anlagenbau, Betrieb und Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen oder im Gebäudebetrieb wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) und GEP (Good Engineering Practice) von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
