Lead Pipeline Commercialization Gx Platform

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain commercial strategy for our key pipeline assets from selection to pre-launch (until handover to regions/markets) which includes target launch date, TPP, market scope, GtM model, price/volume/MS uptake and target TPCs
- Work closely with iPM to oversee delivery of pipeline assets, keeping commercial assumptions and the business case up-to-date
- Act as a business partner to senior commercial leaders in our key markets, understanding their needs and challenges, proactively addressing issues that impact commercial value of the launches
- Hold the markets accountable for their forecasts and launch commitments, challenging and approving/rejecting deviations from the plan
- Closely collaborate with regional/local launch teams as well as GLM, ensuring smooth handover and oversight during the pre-launch phase
- Make sure pipeline value translates into financial targets for the key markets with necessary KPIs and commercial incentives
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in business, natural sciences, engineering or related field
- MBA desirable
- Experience in commercial launch preparation and excellence
- 5 years of outstanding commercial experience, acumen and understanding of our channel strategy in our key markets – particularly US and EU, and in the hospital/tender channel
- Fluent English (preferably plus one other language)
