Our sales team supports our customers by providing clinical information about our products, educating them about our products, offering clinical training, and making resources available. In this way, we help healthcare systems and medical providers deliver on the needs of patients within their remit.

In our team, we focus our medications on patients with the rare disease pulmonary hypertension and the physicians who treat them in specialized hospital outpatient clinics. We focus on the indications PAH and CTEPH and support our customers (hospital pulmonologists and cardiologists) by providing medical information, educating them about our products, and offering medical training and services. We operate closely cross‑functionally, data‑driven, and always customer‑oriented.

As a (Senior) Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Pulmonary Hypertension – Berlin/Brandenburg (m/f/d) for the Specialty Line, you are responsible for the revenue of our product portfolio in your territory. You have a strong scientific foundation that enables you to discuss "at eye level" with the heads of the respective pulmonary hypertension treatment centers. You are able to analyze customer needs and understand the market. Based on the insights generated, you can act strategically and entrepreneurial in your territory. Ideally, you are familiar with the hospital business and already have experience in developing and implementing account plans. You can understand and interpret English‑language study publications and enjoy networking across various physician groups. You are comfortable with new technologies, and the use of omnichannel strategies is not unfamiliar to you. You have a strong interest in regular professional development and personal growth. You enjoy working in teams.

Territory: Berlin (80%), Brandenburg and Cottbus (20%)

This is a permanent, full‑time position.

Your responsibilities:

• Product‑specific support for defined target groups in the territory
• Promotion/discussion of our product portfolio in the indication area of pulmonary hypertension in hospitals as well as with selected specialists in private practice
• Independent analysis of relevant customer, market, and competitor data
• Independent execution of all defined business‑relevant activities in the territory in line with target group management and the current detailing strategy
• Goal‑oriented planning and tracking of the entrusted budget based on regional profitability
• Regular exchange with your supervisor and the PH team
• Close coordination with the Medical Scientific Liaison colleagues in the territory
• Independent and continuous training in the therapeutic area as well as regarding digital media and agile working.

Your profile:

• Completed degree in a natural science (a PhD is desirable)
• You meet the legal requirements in accordance with § 75 AMG
• Ideally, you have experience with the disease picture of pulmonary hypertension and/or with working in a hospital setting, or specialist physician expertise
• You put the needs of patients and customers at the center of all activities and decisions
• You have high self‑motivation, think entrepreneurially, and enjoy a self‑organized, results‑oriented way of working
• You pursue set goals with determination and commitment and approach challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset
• You have very strong negotiation skills, strong interpersonal contact and communication abilities, solid argumentation skills, and assertiveness
• You are open to new ideas and curious to try things out. You enjoy developing and piloting new approaches to increase customer value
• You bring experience in building customer relationships and networks
• You have very good skills in using digital media and remote selling
• You possess excellent German and English skills
