Deine Rolle:
Als Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) bei ITQ bist du verantwortlich für anspruchsvolle Cloud- und Infrastrukturprojekte. Du koordinierst interne und externe Projektteams, arbeitest eng mit Technologiepartnern wie VMware, IBM, RedHat, AWS und Microsoft zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Projekte strukturiert, effizient und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden.
Deine Hauptaufgaben:
- Leitung und Steuerung von Kundenprojekten in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
- Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams (Consulting, Engineering, IT, Partnerunternehmen) sowie enge Abstimmung mit Kunden und Stakeholdern
- Strukturierung und Überwachung von Projektabläufen inkl. Termin-, Budget- und Qualitätskontrolle
- Kommunikation mit Kunden auf Management- und Fachbereichsebene, um Transparenz und Zielorientierung sicherzustellen
- Risikomanagement und Reporting: Früherkennung von Herausforderungen, Ableitung von Gegenmaßnahmen und Erstellung von Statusberichten
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Standards innerhalb der ITQ-Gruppe
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Consulting, idealerweise in technologiegetriebenen Umgebungen
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu erfassen und in praxisorientierte Maßnahmen zu übersetzen
- Sicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Erfahrung mit klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Zertifizierungen wie PRINCE2, ITIL4, PMI PMP, IPMA, Scrum Master oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
