Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer, who builds up an impactful healthcare software and enjoys hands-on development with real ownership. As Senior Software Developer you are comfortable at working in a regulated, quality-focused environment. Over and beyond the Senior Software Developer values clean code, collaboration and product thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build core parts of a new hospital-focused software solution using JavaScript / React
- Develop and maintain modern, user-friendly web applications
- Collaborate closely with the Software Architect, Product Manager, and CTO on technical and product decisions
- Integrate external tools, platforms, and services into the system
- Work with APIs, including integrations with medical hardware and external systems
- Take ownership of complex frontend and application-layer features from design to production
- Ensure high standards for code quality, security, performance, and scalability
- Review code, share best practices, and mentor junior developers
- Actively contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions
Qualifications
- Strong experience building production-grade web applications with JavaScript / React
- Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management
- Experience with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs)
- Experience working with Open Source technologies and libraries
- Collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Experience in eHealth, HealthTech, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with hospital environments and clinical workflows
- Experience working with backend technologies or APIs (e.g. , Go, REST/GraphQL)
- Experience integrating hardware or device APIs
