As the Marketing Lead, you will own the development and execution of localized, data-driven marketing strategies that directly fuel growth, elevate performance, and strengthen our market presence. In this high-impact role, you will drive paid media excellence, optimize channel performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives that connect marketing execution to measurable business outcomes. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with national objectives to drive traffic, conversions, and growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid performance campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and additional platforms to improve ROI and ROAS.
  • Oversee content creation and performance across all digital channels, including web, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional specialists to support product launches, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign data, report on KPIs, and implement continuous improvements to maximize marketing efficiency and business impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, influencers) with strong ROI/ROAS ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional marketing initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in evaluating conversion metrics and optimizing multichannel performance.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Klaviyo/HubSpot, and CRM or email marketing tools.
  • A strategic, proactive, and execution-focused mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
