What you can expect

As Director of Framework Development, you will lead strategic initiatives and multiple teams and oversee the development and maintenance of a framework for software solutions. This role requires a visionary leader who cultivates talent, strengthens interdisciplinary collaboration, and drives technology advancements.

  • You will have strategic leadership and manage the Framework Development department to achieve both technical and business-oriented technological goals.
  • You will foster departmental development, mentor and develop high performing teams and ensure a positive work environment due to your supportive and cross-functional nature of the department.
  • You enable seamless interactions between the framework and product development teams and improved cross-functional workflows for all digital teams within the DKV Group.
  • Lead the implementation of robust, modular and service-oriented software architectures and position yourself for the future.
  • You manage the department's tech stack to ensure it remains stable, pioneering and efficient.
  • You achieve your operational goals, manage budgets and supplier contracts and ensure that services are delivered within the agreed deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and mutual benefit.
