Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Create and update the BIM Execution Plan during the project
• Attend strategical meetings with Autodesk and the Global Exyte BIM group
• Develop and document BIM standards for Exyte COE an monitoring BIM quality across
• Adheres to established milestones and data-drops for periodic BIM handovers
• Ongoing monitoring and coordination with the BIM technical coordinators
• Identification of project-specific training needs for subcontractors
• Release of the BIM coordination model for planning meetings and tracking of change requests identified on the BIM coordination model
• Organizing and conducting model-based planning meetings
• Responsible for supporting BIM production for project teams, BIM project kick-off meetings, project BIM strategy
• Coordinate technical teams and subcontractors on BIM activities and regular model exchanges

Show Your Expertise

• Knowledge of BIM processes, norms and guidelines (ISO 19650:1-2, VDI , LOD Specs...)
• Knowledge of Design and coordination software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, Dynamo and CDE (Common Data Environment) BIM 360 and ACC
• Several years of experience with Autodesk products in a professional environment
• Organized, structured and able to communicate in English and German
• Extensive knowledge of coordination and collaboration software and common data environments (Navisworks BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Visual programming knowledge (Dynamo)
• Strong character/Leadership qualities
