Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) (m/w/d)
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Informationssicherheitsarchitektur im Unternehmen
  • Umsetzung einer umfassenden IT-Sicherheitsstrategie im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen, regulatorischen Anforderungen und branchenspezifischen Standards in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Informationssicherheits-Managementsystems (ISMS) nach ISO/IEC 27001 oder vergleichbaren Standards
  • Risikomanagement und Beratung der Fachabteilungen zu allen sicherheitsrelevanten Themen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Notfallplänen
  • Sicherstellung von Schulungs- und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende
  • Budget-, Ressourcenplanung und Führung des Security-Teams einschließlich der Informationssicherheitsbeauftragten
  • Sicherstellung der Compliance mit branchenspezifischen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen (DSGVO, KRITIS, Patientendatenschutz, Medizinproduktegesetz, NIS2)
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer Security-Awareness-Kultur im gesamten Unternehmen
  • Koordination und Steuerung externer Security-Dienstleister und Auditoren

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit nachweislicher IT-Security-Expertise
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Sicherheitsarchitekturen, Netzwerksicherheit, Datenschutz sowie relevanten Normen und Gesetzen (BSI-Grundschutz, NIS2 etc.)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder regulierten Branchen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Fähigkeit, komplexe Security-Themen zu vermitteln
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen, Durchsetzungsstärke und hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
