Ihr Aufgabengebiet
Erstellung des monatlichen Datev-Reportings für verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche in Zusammenarbeit mit dem SteuerberaterÜberwachung der Liquidität der Abwicklungskonten
Einrichtung, Änderung und Pflege von Kreditorenstammdaten Datev
Kontierung, Buchung und Zahlung der Sachkosten-Rechnungen sowie der Kontoauszüge
Erstellung und Buchung von Ausgangsrechnungen im Datev-AuftragswesenErstellung der monatlichen Buchungsliste für Rückstellungen sowie AbgrenzungsbuchungenMitwirkung bei den Jahresabschlussarbeiten und der WirtschaftsprüfungAusführung von Zahlungen in MultiCashAdministration fachlicher Prozesse, Benutzer- und Kontenverwaltung in MultiCashPflege und Dokumentation von Prozessen im Accounting und Umsetzung von OptimierungenMitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Pflege der schriftlich fixierten Ordnung im AccountingIhr Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare QualifikationGute Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung sowie grundlegendes Verständnis im RechnungswesenInteresse an accounting-spezifischen Themen und kaufmännischen ProzessenTeamplayer mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise und KonzentrationsfähigkeitSicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und MS-Office Kenntnisse (insb. Excel)Gute Deutsch- und Grund-Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftStrukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
