The Role

We're looking for a Product Operations Lead to bring structure, alignment, and focus to how Label OS builds.

You'll design the frameworks that ensure our product development efforts deliver clear business and customer value — and that our teams stay aligned, efficient, and outcomes-driven.

You'll be the bridge between Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development — turning requests into clarity, processes into systems, and systems into business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a transparent request intake and prioritization process across teams.
  • Ensure every milestone delivers measurable business or customer value — focusing on completing one major value fully before starting the next.
  • Partner with leadership to align product strategy with business goals.
  • Maintain and evolve product workflows — ensuring they run smoothly and are consistently followed.
  • Actively clarify requests and fill gaps before review to keep decision-making fast and informed.
  • Provide visibility across teams with clear documentation, reporting, and roadmap tracking.
  • Bring music industry insight to product planning — understanding label operations and translating them into product opportunities.
Your profile
  • 5+ years experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Process Optimization (SaaS or Music Tech preferred).
  • Proven ability to scale product operations across multiple teams.
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills; you thrive on clarity and follow-through.
  • Analytical thinker who connects technical efforts to business impact.
  • Fluent in English (German a plus).
  • Passion for the music industry and how technology transforms it.
