Aufgaben
Als Head of AI Automation (all genders) bist Du Teil unseres Management Teams und verantwortest mit großem unternehmerischen Freiraum die Steuerung eines Cost Centers. Du bist Impulsgeber:in, Strateg:in, Unternehmer:in und
Deine Aufgaben
sind:

  • Steuerung der Business Area als Cost Center mit der Verantwortung für die Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Qualitätsziele sowie Profitabilität und Umsatz
  • Strategische Planung, Ausrichtung und technologische Weiterentwicklung der Business Area
  • Technische Betreuung der Kundenprojekte sowie die Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit, Ausbau des Portfoliogeschäfts sowie Portfolio getriebene Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Unterstützung und Führung der 10 zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden sowie Steuerung ihrer persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Betreuung und Neuaufbau von bestehenden Technologie Partnerschaften
  • Skalierung des AI Automation Portfolios insbesondere Agentic AI und Identifikation von neuen Markttrends
  • Betreuung des Aufbaus eines Automation Delivery Centers in Albanien

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT (Consulting)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten, im Key Account Management und in der wirtschaftlichen Steuerung eines Cost Centers
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Führung und Förderung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Fundierte technische Kenntnisse im Bereich AI & RPA sowie ein breiter Überblick über aktuelle technologische Entwicklungen
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl strategisch als auch operativ zu arbeiten und ein Team von ca. 10 Mitarbeitenden zu führen und zu skalieren
  • Hohe Leistungsmotivation, Unternehmerisches Denken, Kundenorientierung und zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikation
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisetätigkeiten
