Grid Connection Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical assistance during project development for all factors influencing and influenced by the grid connection
  • Maintaining relation the DNO/TNO to support grid application
  • Providing cost estimates and grid connection delivery time, schedules to business development
  • Performing technical due diligence/ Risk assessment on grid connection scheme/ grid offers received from DNO/TNO
  • Reviewing technical designs for MV/HV and establishing preliminary designs
  • Managing contractors and suppliers of different elements required for grid connection
  • Managing certification process of grid connection
  • Negotiating and developing grid connection designs
  • Commissioning of MV stations and management of contractors to commissioning HV stations

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in grid connection
  • Experience in MV and HV construction management
  • TABs and other relevant standards
  • Switching permit is a plus
  • Fluent German and English (written & verbal)
