We are seeking for

1 Student Assistant (gn*) to support our Quality Management Team.

Limitation: 10 months

Working hours: 40 hours per month / 10 hours per week

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a new alumni survey, including concept design, questionnaire drafting, and pilot testing.
  • Assist in identifying suitable survey tools and developing relevant metrics for data collection and analysis.
  • Contribute to data analysis and visualization, for example using Power BI or Excel.
  • Help prepare summaries and reports of survey results and insights, and maintain related materials on SharePoint.
  • Depending on your skills and interests, support other QM-related tasks (e.g., data processing, dashboard maintenance, or documentation).
Your qualifications
  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in business, social sciences, data analytics, psychology, or a related field.
  • You have an interest in data-driven quality management and institutional development in higher education.
  • You are preferably familiar with survey design (e.g., from coursework or prior projects).
  • You have experience with Excel or Power BI, or are motivated to learn.
  • Experience with survey tools such as MS Forms, SurveyMonkey, or similar is an asset.
  • You work independently, pay attention to detail, and enjoy analytical tasks.
  • You speak fluent English.
