About The Role
We are looking for a
BIM Draughtsperson ,
a professional who would design and coordinate our HI-FOG fire suppression systems within the client's building models, working around site restraints and other building services.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

• Creating piping layout technical drawings in AutoCAD
• Building Information Modelling in Revit
• Performing hydraulic calculations
• Occasional travel to conduct site surveys within Germany
• Creating supporting technical documentation and related administrative tasks

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need

• Construction-related experience/education ( Architecture, Building Services, MEP, Civil or Environmental Engineering)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit, experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Team player and an open-minded attitude, being able to work under tight deadlines and pressure, also independently
• Highly ethical personality & ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

Considered as an advantage:

• Previous experience from the fire security industry, sprinkler system design experience
