Our client, an international digital media marketing Agency focused on developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the global Amazon marketplace, is looking for an Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team. About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing and influencer partnerships. As an Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in expanding clients reach and impact through effective affiliate programs and influencer collaborations. What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with our brand goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and engage potential new affiliates and influencers who align with our brand.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates and influencer partners.
  • Monitor affiliate and influencer campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials for affiliate and influencer use.
  • Organize and oversee affiliate events and influencer activations.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines related to affiliate and influencer marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reporting and feedback on affiliate program success to senior management.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings, promptly addressing any issues to facilitate swift resolution and maintain project momentum.

Skills Were Seeking:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable relationships.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new marketing opportunities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills and proficiency in drafting campaign reports and presentations.
