    YOUR IMPACT

With our Compliance COCKPIT, we support companies and organizations in building their digital compliance programs—making the complex simple. As a Technical Product Manager, you'll drive innovation at the intersection of compliance, security, and enterprise platform capabilities. You will lead the evolution of our configurable, rule-based automated platform and ensure that our Compliance solutions continue to meet the rigorous demands of enterprise customers.    Here's a sneak peek at how you would contribute:
  • Drive the strategy – with a technical lense Help define and execute the product strategy for core platform components such as Attribute Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), enterprise-grade Integration APIs, and advanced Configuration tooling. Understand the technical landscape and enterprise requirements, including security, scalability, and interoperability, and align your roadmap accordingly. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Architecture to drive platform adoption and enterprise readiness.
  • Dig into customer problems Engage with enterprise customers to uncover both functional and technical challenges—especially around user management, identity federation, data mapping, and customizable workflows. Translate abstract needs into scalable and robust platform features. Partner in a Product Trio with Engineering and Design to co-create secure, extensible solutions that deliver value while balancing complexity and maintainability.
  • Support efficient delivery Own and drive quarterly objectives focused on high-impact platform initiatives. Define technical requirements with clarity, build platform-level user stories, and manage cross-team dependencies. Work closely with Engineering using agile practices to drive fast feedback loops and high-quality delivery. Prioritize initiatives that unblock downstream teams and maximize reusability across the platform.
  • Be a platform evangelist – internally and externally Act as the go-to expert for your platform areas. Champion features like SSO, custom attributes, audit logging, or partner integrations—ensuring internal stakeholders and customers understand their value. Provide enablement to Sales Engineers, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success Managers. Represent the platform in enterprise discussions, technical briefings, and partner conversations to build trust and drive adoption.

    THIS IS YOU

    To succeed in this role:
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS with a focus on platform capabilities, enterprise features, or technical integrations.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering technically complex products that drive measurable customer and business impact.
  • You demonstrate strong technical acumen—you're comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, SSO, and system interoperability with engineers and enterprise IT stakeholders.
  • You exhibit leadership and ownership—you proactively align cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive strategic initiatives to execution.
  • You communicate with clarity and confidence, whether presenting to executives, enabling customer-facing teams, or collaborating with engineers and designers.
  • You are curious, analytical, and pragmatic, with a passion for turning complex systems into simple, intuitive solutions.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Fluency in English is required (C2/C1); German is a plus.
