Damit wir auch weiterhin auf der Überholspur unterwegs sind, suchen wir dich als neues Mitglied für unseren Rennstall am Standort Düsseldorf.     

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir in Teilzeit einen Customer Care Agent (m/w/d).

Als Customer Care Agent (m/w/d) unterstützt Du bei die Entwicklung von einem der größten Marktplätze für Leasingfahrzeuge. In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Inside Account Management Team liegt Deine Hauptaufgabe im Kundensupport. 

Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von diversen Kundenanfragen
  • Lösungsorientierte telefonische und schriftliche Beratung sowie Betreuung unserer Endkunden auf Augenhöhe
  • Identifikation und Auswertung von Kundenfeedback
  • Relevante Daten aus dem engen Kundenkontakt erfassen und für Prozessoptimierungen nutzen
  • Dokumentation aller relevanten Aktivitäten in unserem selbst entwickelten und intuitiven CRM-System
  • Abwicklung von Verträgen und Einstellung ins CRM-System

Was Du mitbringst: 

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Kundenservice, wünschenswert im Bereich Customer Service/Care oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Menschen und weißt, wie man eine vertrauensvolle Basis mit seinen Kunden aufbaut 
  • Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Spaß am Telefonieren und die Fähigkeit, Kunden mit Deiner Stimme zu begeistern
  • Du denkst analytisch und hast die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Prozesse zu erklären und Handlungsempfehlungen zu erarbeiten.
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie ziel- und lösungsorientiert
  • Du erkennst selbständig Problemstellungen und bist entscheidungskräftig
  • Du bist Teamplayer mit Herz und viel Spaß am Job
  • Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und hast fundierte Englischkenntnisse
