About This Role:
We are looking for a Junior Community Support for our Community Support Team at in Germany. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us to support people in finding the right product that not only fits their budget but also their needs. creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. As a key part of our team, you'll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys.
With nearly one million visits per day, we at are a driving force in Germany for brands such as Adidas, Nike and Samsung. Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Actively support the community at and moderate our users' posts
- Participate in the forum discussion, aiming to keep the interactions objective and factual
- Contribute to fostering an engaging community and increasing participation
- Assist new members in finding their way around our site
- Provide help to our users in the community and platform guidelines, and help them to internalise it.
Your Profile:
We're looking for someone eager to be part of a dynamic team who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation.
- Passionate about creating a seamless experience and providing support to our customers.
- Strong organizational, time management skills, combined with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent German language skills and proficient English skills
Bonus points if:
- Understanding or proficiency in CRM or content management tools
- Experience managing or being part of online communities
