TecAlliance interconnects global automotive aftermarket data and knowledge from order to invoice. We act as an information hub and process facilitator for them, ensuring standardized processes that help clients save costs (process and indirect costs) and time through efficient processes enabled by our software.

You accelerate SAP software implementation and clear migration backlogs while boosting customer satisfaction through tailored consulting on SAP systems and modules. You do this as part of a highly experienced SAP Development and Consulting team based in Germany, working in collaboration focused atmosphere with deep expertise in the automotive aftermarket and SAP SD.

• You lead customer projects to deliver tailored SAP functionality and ensure successful implementation.
• You drive the rollout of SAP software add-ons to enhance system capabilities.
• You consult customers on complex business processes, acting as a trusted advisor.
• You support Sales with technical expertise during presales phases to secure deals.
• You collaborate with the development team to guarantee quality assurance and business know-how.

• You bring strong expertise in SAP logistics (SAP SD) processes and customizing.
• You master complex software implementation projects with confidence and precision.
• While this is not an ABAP developer job, basic Know How in classic SAP ABAP development is highly appreciated
• You communicate fluently in German and English (both B2), enabling seamless collaboration across teams and clients.
• Note to German: if you bring in a strong B1 with a high willingness to improve, we´re open to discuss this if above criteria are met with a language development plan
• Experience in automotive aftermarket industry would be beneficial

Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits

• All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).
• Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Location-independency / flexibility :

• Hybrid Remote: we work remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere within the country of your employment; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.
• Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
  ‍- Set-up: notebook, headset and mouse will be provided, other equipment upon request/need.
• Vacation: 30 days a year.
