PostDoc Neuromodulation (f/m/d)

Operational area: Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy -Clinical Neurophysiology and Neuromodulation-

Working hours: Part-time 60% (currently 23,1 hours/week)

Duration/Term of employment: 2 Years, with option of prolongation

Start date: as soon as possible

Remuneration/Rates: EG 13 (TV-L)

Your tasks:

• Development and validation of individualized non-invasive brain stimulation (iNIBS) pipeline for transcranial alternating current stimulation (NIBS/tACS)
• Development of algorithms for the pipeline
• Implementation of algorithms in MATLAB/python
• Recording of EEG
• Assistance during recording of MRI
• Application of tACS
• Data preprocessing and analysis

Your profile:

• Master degree in Biomedical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or IT
• Desirable:
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Python
  • Experience with EEG/MRI data recording
  • EEG data analysis
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Collaboration and team work
• Self motivation and initiative
