As a IT Administrator (m/f/d), you will be a key part of our infrastructure team that is responsible for ensuring smooth and secure company operations in Germany and Europe. We are looking for a strong all-rounder who is passionate about technology and eager to contribute to our innovative projects. Quantum Systems specialises in the development, design, and production of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). The company's range of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) sUAS are built to maximize range and versatility and to provide operators with a seamless user experience. By integrating cutting-edge software capabilities, like edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing, Quantum Systems is building next-generation UAS for clients in defence, security, public sectors.

Aufgaben

  • Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring their optimal performance.
  • Manage and support virtualization environments, particularly Hyper-V.
  • Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Intune and Jamf.
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of our company infrastructure.
  • System hardening of ground control stations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.
  • Provide day-to-day helpdesk support and resolve technical issues for end-users.
  • Support and maintain three operating systems: Windows, Apple, and Linux.
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users, ensuring they understand and can implement the solutions provided.

Profil

  • You have a degree in computer science or training in IT (system integration) or possess a comparable qualification.
  • You are experienced in IT support level one and two.
  • You are familiar with Windows, ideally with Linux or MAC OS.
  • You have basic to intermediate networking knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of M365 and the various administrative portals from Microsoft.
  • You like to stay up to date with new IT developments.
  • Basic maintenance capabilities on PC Hardware.
  • You like to work in an international team and are fluent in English.
  • You are highly motivated and self-organized.
