About Lemmo

Lemmo is a Berlin-based light mobility brand focused on innovative urban transportation.

At our
Lemmo Hub near Alexanderplatz
, we operate our technical center for product service, after-sales support, and partner assistance. We are now looking for an
experienced E-Bike Technician
to strengthen our service and support system.

Role Description

As a Senior E-Bike Technician, you will play a key role in:

  • Delivering
    direct after-sales service
  • Supporting and improving Lemmo's
    service and maintenance standards
  • Providing
    technical support for our dealer and retail partner network
  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Lemmo e-bikes and systems
  • Identifying root causes through observed symptoms and technical analysis
  • Working closely with internal teams to optimize product quality and service workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
    in e-bike repair, maintenance, and diagnostics

(or 3+ years for professionally trained bicycle technicians)

  • Solid understanding of
    e-bike systems
    , including motors, batteries, controllers, sensors, and system interfaces
  • Strong ability to
    diagnose issues based on symptoms
    and identify faulty components accurately
  • Fast learner with a strong interest in
    new technologies and systems
  • Comfortable working within
    structured company processes
    and a team environment
  • Fluent in English
    (required)
  • German communication skills
    (preferred)
  • Relevant
    bicycle or e-bike technical certifications
    (preferred)
  • Eligible to work in Germany
