Client Delivery Manager (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit mit Übernahmeoption

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im B2B Tagesgeschäft
  • Überwachung der System-Schnittstellen (u.a. SAP, Middleware, Transport) und Sicherstellung der Prozessabläufe
  • Bearbeitung von Transportangelegenheiten, Klärung von Fällen und Erstellung von Reports
  • Vorbereitung der monatlichen Leistungs- und Transportkostenabrechnung, Erstellung von Berichten und Dashboards
  • Direkte Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch mit dem Auftraggeber, den Fachbereichen und Logistikstandorten im internationalen Umfeld
  • Aktive Beteiligung an Prozessthemen der Kunden und Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Mitwirkung an und Begleitung von Kampagnen/Projekten sowie Testing

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Bachelorstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung mit Kenntnis der Order-to-cash Prozesse und komplexen Servicemodelle
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel), SAP S/4 HANA (SD, MM, WM) und hohe IT-Affinität
  • Lernbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
