Achtung sucht eine*n AI Creative Concept, der*die Kreativität und Generative KI auf einem neuen Level verbindet – jemand, der*die LLMs als kreative Infrastruktur nutzt, um in kürzester Zeit herausragende Ideen zu entwickeln und Lust hat, die Zukunft AI-gestützter Kreativkonzeption aktiv mitzugestalten.

Dein Job bei uns
  • Du entwickelst Ideen für Kampagnen, PR-Stunts, Storydoing und visuelle Konzepte – AI-First entwickelt, schnell und auf hohem Niveau.
  • Du nutzt LLMs als kreative Sparringspartner und baust effiziente Workflows mit System Prompts und maschinenlesbarem Kontext.
  • Du briefst LLMs so, dass sie als Ideengeneratoren funktionieren, und filterst aus dem Output die besten Ideen heraus.
  • Du visualisierst deine Konzepte schnell mit Tools wie Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro, Veo 3.1 oder vergleichbaren Bild- und Video-Tools – nicht production-ready, aber überzeugend genug für Präsentationen.
  • Du erstellst schnell und zielgerichtet Präsentationen und machst Ideen sofort greifbar.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem AI & Automation Lead zusammen und unterstützt die Etat-Verantwortlichen bei der Ideenentwicklung.
  • Du scoutest neue Tools, testest sie und teilst deine Erkenntnisse im Team.
Wir haben ein Match, wenn Folgendes auf dich zutrifft
  • Du hast 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer namhaften Agentur mit großen Etats – du weißt, wie gute Werbung entsteht.
  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für LLMs: System Prompts, strukturierter Kontext, effiziente Workflows sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du machst bestenfalls nichts ohne LLM – AI-First ist für dich keine Phrase, sondern Arbeitsweise.
  • Du weißt, was mit generativen Bild- und Video-Tools geht. Du musst keine Production-Workflows coden, aber du kennst die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und bringst echte Begeisterung für die Materie mit.
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit – schriftlich wie mündlich.
  • Du bist offen für die zahlreichen Weiterentwicklungsangebote und ein ausführliches Onboarding, das wir dir bei Achtung anbieten werden.
  • Du hast Lust auf kurze Entscheidungswege und ein Arbeitsumfeld mit Vertrauen und Selbstverantwortung.
