• You'll give our Hamburg office a face – with your positive energy, good humor, and open attitude, you'll make sure everyone feels at home.

• You'll be primarily based in our Hamburg office and work closely with internal teams such as Marketing and HR to help implement global initiatives locally.

• You'll support your colleagues with administrative and organizational tasks – including mail handling, fleet and travel management, and coordination with external suppliers.

• You'll take full ownership of planning, organizing, and executing activities and events – with a strong sense of responsibility and a flair for detail.

• You'll proactively identify opportunities to improve the office experience for visitors and colleagues alike – developing ideas, creating action plans, and implementing them independently.

• Your strong organizational skills will help you stay on top of multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly, even when things get busy.

• Ideally, you already have professional experience in office or feel-good management – a completed vocational training in hotel management or office administration is a plus.

• With empathy, passion, and a keen eye for detail, you easily recognize and respond to the needs of your colleagues.

• You're communicative and open – your good mood is contagious and helps create a positive atmosphere.

• You enjoy working independently and proactively – even when several tasks come up at once, you stay calm and focused.

• You're confident using common MS Office tools.

• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
