DEINE AUFGABEN

Deine Mission: Als technikbegeisterter Detailperfektionist bist Du der Schlüssel dazu, unsere Welt der Dokumentation nicht nur zu verbessern, sondern zu meistern.

Was Dich erwartet:
  • Prozessmanagement: Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Pflege akribischer Dokumentationen unserer komplexen Telekommunikationssysteme. Deine Arbeit wird das Rückgrat unseres technologischen Erfolgs.
  • Schnittstellen-Genie: Definiere und koordiniere die Schnittstellen zwischen unseren internen Systemen und externen Partnern. Dein Können entscheidet über die nahtlose Integration unserer Services.
  • Kommunikationsprofi: Arbeite eng mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Dokumentationsanforderungen präzise und effektiv umgesetzt werden.
  • Qualitätskontrolleur: Überwache die Einhaltung von Nomenklaturen und Standards in unserer Systemlandschaft, um eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität zu gewährleisten.
  • Projekt-Pilot: Unterstütze unser Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT- und Telekommunikationsprojekten. Deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten treiben unsere Projekte zum Erfolg.
  • Analytischer Denker: Erkenne Verbesserungspotenziale und leite wichtige Maßnahmen ein, die unsere Prozesse und Schnittstellen optimieren.
  • Berichtsexperte: Bereite entscheidende Daten auf, die unseren Managern helfen, kluge Entscheidungen zu treffen. Definiere und überwache SLAs und KPIs, um unsere Ziele nicht nur zu erreichen, sondern zu übertreffen.


DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS
  • Akademischer Hintergrund: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in Telekommunikation, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Erfahrungsschatz: Du bringst ca. drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Dokumentation von Prozessen und Datenstrukturen sowie in der Anwendung relevanter IT-Tools (z.B. FNT-Command, qGis) mit.
  • Intergrationsmeister: Du verstehst es meisterhaft, mit externen Partnern zu kommunizieren und Schnittstellen effektiv zu managen.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Excel und SQL und hast ein scharfes Auge für die Optimierung von Abläufen.
  • Soft Skills: Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist und ein professionelles Auftreten zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Selbstständiger Arbeitsstil: Du arbeitest strukturiert, präzise und zeigst Eigeninitiative in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
