Aufgaben

Im Rahmen des Graduate Programs übernimmst du schrittweise mehr Verantwortung im Vertrieb und lernst unsere Sales-Prozesse von Grund auf kennen:

  • Du beginnst im Outbound-Sales, sprichst potenzielle Kunden an und qualifizierst Leads für unser Account-Executive Team.
  • Hier analysierst du Leads, führst erste Gespräche und verstehst die Herausforderungen und Bedürfnisse unserer Zielgruppe.
  • Du nutzt HubSpot sicher und steuerst dein Pipeline-Management datenbasiert.
  • Du entwickelst neue Outreach-Strategien, testest Growth-Taktiken und teilst deine Learnings im Team.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründer und Head of Sales zusammen und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Sales-Prozesses bei.
  • Im Rahmen von Executive Shadowing begleitest du den CEO bei ausgewählten Enterprise- und strategischen Sales-Calls.
  • Als Junior Account Executive führst du selber überzeugende Produkt-Demos und Beratungsgespräche mit qualifizierten und selbst generierten Leads.
Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in einem relevanten Fachbereich.
  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in Form von Praktika in Start-ups, Sales oder anderen Customer-Facing Rollen mit.
  • Du hast ein hohes Interesse an Sales- und Go-to-Market-Themen und Freude am täglichen Austausch mit Kunden.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit.
  • Du lernst schnell und bringst ein Start-up-Mindset mit – begeisterungsfähig, selbstmotiviert und hands-on.
  • Du hast eine positive Art und lässt dich durch Rückschläge nicht unterkriegen.
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
  • Du befindest dich gerade in den Endzügen deines Studiums oder hast dieses vor Kurzem abgeschlossen.
