Your mission

As a Mandatory IT Support Engineer Intern (m/f/d), you will be an essential part of our IT department, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our internal systems and providing technical assistance to our employees. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your technical skills, learn about IT infrastructure in a fast-paced fintech environment, and contribute to the security and efficiency of a leading crypto platform.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage the complete employee IT lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes preparing and configuring hardware, setting up accounts, and ensuring a seamless technical transition for new and departing team members.
  • Assist in configuring and supporting employee devices (Mac, Windows, Linux) using Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Help manage and configure software systems, including Google Workspace and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal IT support requests, helping to troubleshoot technical issues for our team.
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of company hardware and software assets.
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of IT-related documentation and support guides.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on projects to improve our internal processes and security protocols.


What you need to be successful:
  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • You have a strong interest in technical support, device management, and software configuration.
  • You are a reliable, self-motivated, and quick learner with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; German is a plus. 
  • You are curious and proactive, with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of a shell scripting language (e.g., Bash, Powershell, Python) or familiarity with Google Workspace and Atlassian is a plus.
