bist du der strategische Kopf und die kreative Führungskraft unserer GenAI-Produktion. Du skalierst das Team, perfektionierst die Prozesse und bist der primäre Ansprechpartner für die kreative Weiterentwicklung unserer einzigartigen Workflows in Zusammenarbeit mit

Was du in den ersten 12 Monaten erreichen wirst:

  • Team & Prozesse skalieren:
    Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des AI Operator Teams, entwickelst es weiter und optimierst die Produktions-Workflows für maximale Qualität und Effizienz.
  • Ein kreatives Framework etablieren:
    Du entwickelst ein "Creative Playbook" und etablierst verbindliche Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices für die gesamte AI-Content-Produktion.
  • Die strategische Schnittstelle sein:
    Als primärer kreativer Stakeholder bündelst du das Feedback des Teams und steuerst die Anforderungsdefinition für die Weiterentwicklung unserer internen AI-Workflows durch Studio-AI.
  • Visuelle Exzellenz garantieren:
    Du trägst die Endverantwortung für die kreative Qualität und den Output deines Teams und stellst sicher, dass die Ergebnisse die Erwartungen unserer High-End-Fashion-Kunden übertreffen.

Dein Profil: Was du mitbringst

  • Must-Have Qualifikationen:
  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Rolle in der kreativen Content-Produktion (z.B. als Art Director, Post-Production Lead, Head of Retouching).
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung, im Mentoring und in der Entwicklung von Kreativteams.
  • Ein herausragendes Portfolio, das deine visuelle Exzellenz und idealerweise deine Expertise im Bereich Generative AI demonstriert.
  • Ein tiefes strategisches Verständnis für kreative Produktionsprozesse und ein unfehlbares Auge für Modeästhetik.
  • Great-to-Have Fähigkeiten:
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit node-basierten GenAI-Tools (z.B. ComfyUI).
  • Erfahrung in der Skalierung von operativen Teams in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld.
